We currently have following openings:

Entry-level collectors: We are looking for motivated individuals with good interpersonal and communication skills. We have both full-time and part-time positions available. Prior call-center experience would be an advantage. Openings are available in our Novato, CA; Sacramento, CA; Yuba City, CA; and Winston-Salem , NC offices.
Experienced collectors, supervisors and collection managers: We are looking for collectors, supervisors, and collection managers with 1 or more years relevant experience in a mid to large-size collection or Account Receivable Management company. Experience in CUBS collection software and in medical Account Receivables would be a plus. Openings are available in our Novato, CA; Sacramento, CA; Yuba City, CA; and Winston-Salem , NC offices.
